How to Schedule an Appointment with Us

 

GI Associates is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M.

Patients can contact us at 601-355-1234. 

                                   

Office visits are by appointment only.  In most cases, patients should receive information and forms from the Clinic in advance so they can be completed prior to their appointment. You may also download them from our website.  Patients should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete any additional pre-appointment registration.  Patients must bring their current insurance card(s) and a list of all current medications they are taking.              

 

If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us within 48 hours, if at all possible. Patients late for appointments may require rescheduling to another time, so as not to interfere with patients arriving on schedule.

 

Payment Policy

Payment for all services is due at the time of your visit. If you have insurance, co-payments and unmet deductibles will be due at the time services are rendered.

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Hospitals

The physicians of GI Associates has full privileges with all the major hospitals in the Jackson metro area including Baptist, St. Dominic’s, Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, River Oaks, Central Mississippi and Rankin.

After Hours Emergency Care

We have a physician on call every night and weekend. If you have an emergency after hours call our office at (601) 355-1234 and the physician on call will be notified.

Prescription Refills

In order to better serve you, we require 48 hours advance notice for medication refills. An appointment may be required before the physician will authorize the refill. Pain medication is not be called in on weekends, so make sure to notify our office, in advance, for these refills.  You may also request a refill through our secure website portal for refills called "Prescription Renewals".

Procedure and Test Results

You will be notified in writing or by telephone of all test and procedure results. Please allow 7-10 working days for your results to be received by our Clinic.
