Pierce D. Dotherow, M.D., became a part of the Gastrointestinal Associates family in 1987. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and went on to pursue his medical training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. After medical school he completed his residency and internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Dotherow also completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is Board Certified In Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He has lectured in post-graduate courses and directed research projects.
