Reed B. Hogan, M.D., began his medical training at Delta State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He then attended the University of Mississippi School of Medicine where he received his M.D. in 1980. He fulfilled his residency and internship requirements in Internal Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Baylor University Medical Center in 1985. Following the fellowship he came to work for G.I. Associates. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Hogan is both an accomplished speaker and writer in the field of Gastroenterology.
